Tony is an industry expert in healthcare, med-tech, digital health & AI. He focused on business development, complex project management and new invention commercialization. He has built and managed six start-ups across the fields of disease screening, diagnostics, medical data science, artificial intelligence, and agriculture. He received his early training in biotechnology in CUHK and Prince of Wales Hospital, Hong Kong, and he subsequently worked as a technology strategy consultant in the Global Business Services division of IBM. In the last decade, he has worked with many innovation-driven companies and scientific leaders in Hong Kong, US and Mainland China to build and run exciting businesses and execute major commercial deals. He also serves as Board member in NGOs including the eHealth Consortium and the Greater Bay Area Youth Development Association. He is a Fellow of the Hong Kong College of Health Service Executives and Australasian College of Health Service Management.
